Erick quickly responded to my messages and even while he was out of town he got me scheduled and inspected within a few days of me contacting him. He knows and understands his profession well enough to even put builders with a brand new build in their place due to his expertise and his report writing skills. In fact, I had a brand new home built about a year ago, and Erik was highly recommended via word of mouth and he discovered that the builder laid enough roofing shingles wrong with a bunch of nail heads exposed to the weather. Thanks to his guidance and service, the builder did not have much room to haggle or give a hard time with the mess up. This resulted in the contractor having to spend 2 extra days to remove and replace my roofing shingles. Very grateful for his help and highly recommended for existing and even brand new builds! read less
