We connected with Erik through our realtor and communication ran so smoothly. Scheduling was quick and the day of inspection he coordinated with us and the sellers to let us join so that we could tour the home again too and ask him and the homeowners questions. While he was there he was focused and efficient, finishing up the appointment by pulling us outside to give us main points to take under advisement. Afterwards he emailed us comprehensive breakdown of everything in our home that he found may need inspection, whether it was large projects that we might need to address faster or quick things that could be put off. He was helpful and kind through the process and was even available if we had further questions after the inspection. I have already given his company out to family members that are interested in getting their current homes inspected, for sale and also just some who aren’t selling but just want to see what care their homes may need.
