He knows and understands his profession well enough to even put builders with a brand new build in their place due to his expertise and his report writing skills. In fact, I had a brand new home built about a year ago, and Erik was highly recommended via word of mouth and he discovered that the builder laid enough roofing shingles wrong with a bunch of nail heads exposed to the weather. Thanks to his guidance and service, the builder did not have much room to haggle or give a hard time with the mess up. This resulted in the contractor having to spend 2 extra days to remove and replace my roofing shingles. Once he was finished, he would call me and throughly explain everything that he thought was important for me to know, and recommended repairs.
